नयी दिल्ली, छह सितंबर । कोविड-19 महामारी के दौरान शेयर बाजारों में महिलाओं की भागीदारी बढ़ी है। विशेषज्ञों का मानना है कि महामारी के दौरान घर के खर्च में योगदान देने तथा वेतन में कटौती और छंटनियों की वजह से महिलाएं अब शेयर बाजारों में रुचि ले रही हैं।
इसके अलावा बैंकों की मियादी जमा (एफडी) पर ब्याज दरें कम हो रही हैं, जिसके मद्देनजर महिलाओं बचत के अन्य विकल्पों पर विचार कर रही हैं। दिलचस्प तथ्य यह है कि इनमें से ज्यादातर महिलाएं पहली बार शेयर बाजारों में निवेश कर रही हैं। इनमें बड़ी संख्या गृहणियों की है।
शेयरखान बाय बीएनपी परिबा के निदेशक शंकर वैलाया ने कहा, ‘‘लॉकडाउन के दौरान शेयर बाजारों में खुदरा भागीदारी बढ़ी है। यह बात महिलाओं पर भी लागू होती है। महिलाएं अब एफडी पर ब्याज में कटौती के मद्देनजर निवेश के अन्य विकल्पों पर विचार रही हैं।’’ उन्होंने कहा कि लॉकडाउन के दौरान एक लाभ यह हुआ कि महिलाओं ने डिजिटल समाधानों के जरिये पूंजी बाजार को लेकर अपनी जानकारी को गहरा किया है।
ऑनलाइन ब्रोकरेज कंपनी अपस्टॉक्स ने कहा कि अप्रैल से जून, 2020 के दौरान महिलाओं द्वारा खोले गए खातों में इससे पिछली तिमाही की तुलना में 32 प्रतिशत का इजाफा हुआ। इनमें से 70 प्रतिशत महिलाएं पहली बार शेयर बाजारों में निवेश कर रही हैं। ब्रोकरेज कंपनी की महिला ग्राहकों में से 35 प्रतिशत गृहणियां हैं।
अपस्टॉक्स के सह-संस्थापक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी रवि कुमार ने कहा, ‘‘वेतन में कटौती, नौकरियों में छंटनी जैसे कारणों से अब महिलाएं भी परिवार के खर्च में कुछ योगदान करना चाहती हैं। इस वजह से उनका शेयर बाजारों के प्रति आकर्षण बढ़ा है।’’
अपस्टॉक्स के अनुसार 74 प्रतिशत महिला ग्राहक विशाखापद्यत्तनम, जयपुर, सूरत, रंगा रेड्डी, नागपुर, नासिक, गंटूर जैसे दूसरी और तीसरे श्रेणी के शहरों से हैं।

नयी दिल्ली, छह सितंबर । सरकार देश के करीब 69,000 पेट्रोल पंपों पर कम से कम एक इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन (ईवी) चार्जिंग कियोस्क लगाने पर विचार कर रही है। इस कदम से देश में बिजलीचालित वाहनों की मांग को प्रोत्साहन मिलने की उम्मीद है।
इसके अलावा सरकार कंपनियों के स्वामित्व, कंपनियों के परिचालन वाले (सीओसीओ) तथा सरकारी रिफाइनरी कंपनियों के सभी पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईवी चार्जिंग कियोस्क को अनिवार्य करने पर भी विचार कर रही है।
इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन चार्जिंग ढांचे पर समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान बिजली मंत्री आर के सिंह ने पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय के शीर्ष अधिकारियों को सुझाव दिया कि वे अपने प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण के तहत आने वाली पेट्रोलियम विपणन कंपनियों को सभी सीओसीओ पेट्रोल पंपों पर चार्जिंग कियोस्क लगाने का आदेश जारी कर सकते हैं।
एक सूत्र ने यह जानकारी देते हुए कहा कि अन्य फ्रेंचाइजी पेट्रोल पंप परिचालकों को अपने ईंधन स्टेशनों पर कम से कम एक चार्जिंग कियोस्क लगाने की सलाह दी जा सकती है। सूत्र ने कहा कि इससे देश के सभी पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईवी चार्जिंग सुविधा लगाई जा सकेगी।
पेट्रोलियम मंत्रालय के नए दिशानिर्देशों के अनुसार सभी नए पेट्रोल पंपों पर कम से कम एक वैकल्पिक ईंधन का विकल्प अनिवार्य है।
सूत्र ने कहा, ‘‘वैकल्पिक ईंधन के तहत ज्यादातर नए पेट्रोल पंप इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन चार्जिंग सुविधा के विकल्प को चुन रहे हैं। यदि मौजूदा पेट्रोल पंपों पर भी ईवी चार्जिंग कियोस्क लग जाता है, तो इससे देश में बिजलीचालित वाहनों को प्रोत्साहन दिया जा सकेगा।’’
उद्योग के अनुमान के अनुसार देश में करीब 69,000 पेट्रोल पंप हैं। सभी पेट्रोल पंपों पर ईवी चार्जिंग सुविधा से इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों को जबर्दस्त प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा। अभी चार्जिंग सुविधा के अभाव में लोग इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन खरीदने से कतराते हैं।
बिजली मंत्रालय ने दिल्ली-राष्ट्रीय राजधानी क्षेत्र, कोलकाता, चेन्नई, हैदराबाद, बेंगलुरु, वडोदरा ओर भोपाल में ईवी चार्जिंग ढांचा लगाने की योजना बनाई है। इसके अलावा मंत्रालय का इरादा राष्ट्रीय राजमार्गों पर भी ईवी चार्जिंग ढांचा लगाने का है। इससे लोग बिजलीचालित वाहन खरीदने को प्रोत्साहित होंगे।
सूत्र ने कहा, ‘‘मंत्री का मानना है कि किसी शहर में दो या तीन चार्जिंग स्टेशन लगाना पैसे की बर्बादी होगा। केंद्र सरकार दिल्ली में सार्वजनिक परिवहन को पूरी तरह बिजलीचालित करने की तैयारी कर रही है। इसे बाद में अन्य शहरों द्वारा भी अपनाया जा सकता है।’’
नयी दिल्ली, छह सितंबर । कमजोर आर्थिक आंकड़ों तथा भारत-चीन सीमा पर तनाव के बीच विदेशी पोर्टफोलियो निवेशकों (एफपीआई) ने इस महीने के पहले चार सत्रों में भारतीय पूंजी बाजारों से शुद्ध रूप से 900 करोड़ रुपये की निकासी की है।
डिपॉजिटरी के आंकड़ों के अनुसार एक से चार सितंबर के दौरान एफपीआई ने शेयरों से शुद्ध रूप से 675 करोड़ रुपये निकाले। इसी तरह उन्होंने ऋण या बांड बाजार से शुद्ध रूप से 225 करोड़ रुपये की निकासी की।
इससे पहले लगातार तीन माह तक एफपीआई शुद्ध लिवाल बने हुए थे। अगस्त में उन्होंने भारतीय पूंजी बाजारों में 46,532 करोड़ रुपये डाले थे। जुलाई में एफपीआई का निवेश 3,301 करोड़ रुपये और जून में 24,053 करोड़ रुपये रहा था।
मॉर्निंगस्टार इंडिया के एसोसिएट निदेशक-प्रबंधक शोध हिमांशु श्रीवास्तव ने कहा, ‘‘सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) के आंकड़े जारी होने से पहले इस सप्ताह की शुरुआत में विदेशी निवेशकों ने सतर्क रुख अपनाया। जून में समाप्त चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में भारत की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर में 23.9 प्रतिशत की भारी गिरावट आई है।’’
उन्होंने कहा कि कमजोर वैश्विक रुख तथा भारत-चीन सीमा तनाव की वजह से भी एफपीआई ने भारतीय बाजारों में निवेश में रुचि नहीं दिखाई। उन्होंने कहा कि एफपीआई की निकासी की एक और वजह मुनाफावसूली भी रही। भारत-चीन सीमा तनाव बढ़ने तथा कमजोर घरेलू आर्थिक वातावरण के बीच उन्होंने मुनाफा काटा।
कोटक सिक्योरिटीज के कार्यकारी उपाध्यक्ष और बुनियादी शोध प्रमुख रस्मिक ओझा ने कहा कि इस सप्ताह एफपीआई का प्रवाह काफी दबा हुआ था।
उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में कोरोना वायरस संक्रमण के मामले 40 लाख के पार निकल गए हैं और अमेरिकी बाजारों में भी बिकवाली का सिलसिला चल रहा है। ऐसे में आगामी सप्ताहों में भी एफपीआई की निकासी जारी रह सकती है।
नयी दिल्ली, 30 अगस्त । हजारों करोड़ रुपये के कर्ज में डूबी और दिवालिया होने की कगार पर पहुंच गए फ्यूचर ग्रुप को रिलायंस रिटेल ने खरीदकर कोरोना के इस संकटकाल में हजारों कर्मचारियों की आजीविका छिनने से बचाई है।
मुकेश अंबानी की रिलायंस रिटेल ने शनिवार को 24,713 करोड़ में फ्यूचर ग्रुप का अधिग्रहण कर लिया। फ्यूचर ग्रुप में बिग बाजार, ईजीडे जैसी ऋंखला में हजारों लोग की रोजी-रोटी जुड़ी थी।
इसके अलावा किशोर बियानी के इस खुदरा कारोबार की आपूर्ति श्रंखला से भी हजारों लोगों का रोजगार अप्रत्यक्ष रुप से जुड़ा है। कर्ज नहीं चुका पाने की हालात में कंपनी पर ताला लगने की आशंका दिनोंदिन गहराती जा रही थी।
मात्र छब्बीस साल की उम्र में फ्यूचर ग्रुप के संस्थापक किशोर बियानी ने पहला स्टोर पैंटालून के नाम से खोला था, तब किसी ने नही सोचा था कि किशोर बियानी को खुदरा क्षेत्र के ‘ धर्म पिता ‘ के रुप में पहचान बना लेने के 33 वर्ष बाद उनका यह साम्राज्य कर्ज के इतने बड़े बोझ के नीचे दबकर और उस ऋण का ब्याज चुकाने में भी असमर्थ हो जाएगा।
कंपनी भुगतान में चूक करने लगी थी। फ्यूचर ग्रुप पर कर्ज का संकट इतना विकट था कि उसे इस बात से समझा जा सकता है कि कंपनी को विदेशी बॉंड्स पर ही 100 करोड़ के ब्याज की अदायगी करनी थी जिसे कंपनी छूट अवधि खत्म होने के आखिरी दिन ही चुका सकी थी।
कोरोना ने कंपनी की वित्तीय हालत को और खस्ताहाल कर दिया था। लॉकडाउन के दौरान ज्यादातर स्टोर्स को बंद करना पड़ा। फ्यूचर ग्रुप के सभी तरह के स्टोर्स की संख्या 1650 से भी अधिक है और हजारों जहां प्रत्यक्ष रुप से रोजगार मिला था वहीं लाखों लोगों की आजीविका इससे अप्रत्क्ष रूप से भी जुड़ी थी। कर्ज बढ़ने से कंपनी के डूबने के खतरे के बीच कर्मचारियों को भी अपनी नौकरी की चिंता सता रही थी। रिलायंस रिटेल के निवेश ने कंपनी को उसके दुर्दिनों से उबार लिया है।
सवाल यह है कि अधिग्रहण के बाद फ्यूचर ग्रुप के बिग बाजार और अन्य ब्रांड्स का क्या होगा , क्या उनका नाम भी बदल दिया जाएगा, तो इसका जवाब खुद रिलायंस रिटेल वेंचर्स लिमिटेड की निदेशक ईशा अंबानी ने दिया है।
सौदे पर खुशी जाहिर करते हुए ईशा अंबानी ने कहा, “फ्यूचर ग्रुप के प्रसिद्ध ब्रांडों के साथ-साथ उसके व्यावसायिक ईको सिस्टम को संरक्षित करने में हमें प्रसन्नता होगी। भारत में आधुनिक रिटेल के विकास में यह महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएगा। हमें आशा है कि छोटे व्यापारियों, किराना स्टोर्स और बड़े उपभोक्ता ब्रांडों की सहभागिता के दम पर खुदरा क्षेत्र में विकास की गति बनी रहेगी, हम देश भर में अपने उपभोक्ताओं को बेहतर मूल्य प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं।”
शहरी उभोक्ताओं के लिए बिग बाजार वर्षों से रोजमर्रा के सामान की पूर्ति का केंद्र रहा है। बिग बाजार सरीखी श्रंखला में रिलायंस रिटेल का पेशेवर रवैया जरूर देखने को मिल सकता है पर ईशा अंबानी के बयान के बाद यह तो तय है कि रिलायंस बिग बाजार की रीब्रांडिंग नहीं करने जा रहा इसलिए उपभोक्ताओं के लिए बिग बाजार में कुछ भी नहीं बदलेगा।
नयी दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त ।भारतीय दूरसंचार नियामक प्रधिकरण (ट्राई) ने निजी क्षेत्र की दूरसंचार कंपनी वोडाफोन आइडिया को उसके ‘तरजीही प्लान’ पर कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी किया है।
ट्राई ने कहा कि पेशकश में पारदर्शिता का अभाव है, ये गुमराह करने वाली है और नियामक सिद्धान्तों के अनुरूप नहीं है।
पीटीआई-भाषा ने यह नोटिस देखी है। इस नोटिस में नियामक ने वोडाफोन आइडिया से 31 अगस्त तक जवाब देने के लिए कहा है कि ‘‘रेडएक्स टैरिफ प्लान के मौजूदा नियामक ढांचे का उल्लंघन करने के लिए उसके खिलाफ उचित कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं की जानी चाहिए।’’
एक सूत्र ने कहा कि भारती एयरटेल को कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी नहीं किया गया है। सूत्र ने कहा कि एयरटेल ने ट्राई के आदेश का पालन करने की बात कही है और स्वेच्छा से अपनी प्लैटिनम पेशकश को भी संशोधित किया। इसलिए ट्राई उस पर जांच को आगे नहीं बढ़ा रहा है।
ट्राई ने वीआईएल को भेजे कारण बताओ नोटिस में कहा है कि अपेक्षाकृत अधिक डेटा स्पीड के साथ तरजीही 4जी नेटवर्क की पेशकश करना मौजूदा नियामक ढांचे के अनुरूप नहीं है।
ट्राई ने कारण बताओ नोटिस में कहा है कि रेडएक्स टैरिफ पेशकश में पारदर्शिता की कमी है और ये भ्रामक है।
सूत्र ने कहा कि वोडाफोन आइडिया कई मुद्दों पर ट्राई को संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दे पाया है। इनमें एक मुद्दा यह है कि कंपनी कैसे प्रीमियम प्लान लेने वाले ग्राहकों को प्राथमिकता वाली सेवा और स्पीड सुनिश्चित करेगी। दूसरा मुद्दा यह है कि कैसे प्रायरिटी प्लान गैर-प्रीमियम ग्राहकों की सेवाओं पर प्रतिकूल असर नहीं डालेगा।
इससे पहले वोडाफोन आइडिया ने अपने जवाब में कहा था कि नया टैरिफ प्लान, नई सेवा नहीं है।
ट्राई वोडाफोन आइडिया के प्रायरिटी प्लान रेडएक्स तथा भारती एयरटेल के प्लैटिनम प्लान की जांच कर रहा है। नियामक यह पता लगा रहा है कि प्रायरिटी प्लान के जरिये कुछ ग्राहकों को नेटवर्क में प्राथमिकता देने से कही बिना प्रीमियम सेवा वाले ग्राहकों की सेवाएं तो प्रभावित नहीं हो रही हैं। और क्या इनके तहत नियमों का किसी तरह का उल्लंघन तो नहीं हो रहा है।
नयी दिल्ली, 26 अगस्त ।लॉकडाउन में वोडा-आइडिया और एयरटेल को भारी झटका लगा है और दोनों ने 2.68 करोड़ ग्राहक खो दिए जबकि रिलायंस जियो ने अपनी बादशाहत कायम रखते हुए करीब एक करोड़ नये उपभोक्ता बनाए।
भारतीय दूरसंचार नियायक प्राधिकरण(ट्राई) के बुधवार को जारी नवीनतम आंकड़ों के मुताबिक मार्च से मई माह के बीच में एयरटेल और वोडा-आइडिया के हाथों से दो करोड़ 68 लाख से अधिक ग्राहक फिसल गए हैं जबकि रिलायंस जियो लगातार अपनी स्थिति मजबूत कर रहा है। जब दिग्गज कंपनियां ग्राहक खो रही थी, जियो ने इन तीन महीनों में करीब 99 लाख 20 हजार ग्राहकों को अपने नेटवर्क से जोड़ लिया।
मई महीने में ही वोडा-आइडिया और एयरटेल से करीब 94 लाख से अधिक उपभोक्ता छिटक गए। रिलायंस जियो ने मई महीने में भी बाजी मार ली। उसके नेटवर्क पर 36 लाख 50 हजार नए ग्राहक जुड़ गए।
जियो के अलावा सरकारी कंपनी बीएसएनएल भी लॉकडाउन से बेसर रही। अप्रैल से मई महीने के बीच उसने 2 लाख 76 हजार से अधिक ग्राहकों को अपने नेटवर्क से जोड़ा। मई महीना बीएसएनएल के लिए सबसे अचछा साबित हुआ। मई में दो लाख से अधिक ग्राहक बीएसएनएल से जुड़े।
लॉकडाउन का सबसे तगड़ा झटका वोडा-आइडिया को लगा है। तीन माह के दौरान कंपनी के एक करोड 55 लाख 96 हजार से अधिक ग्राहकों ने सेवा छोड़ दी। समान अवधि में एयरटेल के एक करोड़ 12 लाख 74 हजार से अधिक उपभोक्ता टूट गए।
ट्राई के आंकड़े बताते हैं कि लॉकडाउन दूरसंचार उद्योग पर भारी गुजरा है। कुल मिलाकर मार्च से मई के बीच एक करोड़ 66 लाख से अधिक ग्राहक घटे हैं। इसका मतलब देश में मोबाइल सर्विस इस्तेमाल करने वालों की संख्या में कमी दर्ज की गई है। जहां इस वर्ष फरवरी के अंत में 116 करोड़ पांच लाख के करीब ग्राहक मोबाइल वायरलेस सर्विस का इस्तेमाल कर रहे थे वहीं मई अंत में इनकी संख्या घटकर 114 करोड़ 39 लाख के करीब रह गई।
प्रशासनिक दृष्टि से ट्राई ने देश को 22 सर्किल में बांटा हुआ है। मई माह में 22 में से 20 सर्किल्स में ग्राहकों की संख्या घट गई। बिहार और केरल सर्किल ही ऐसे रहे जहां संख्या बढ़ी है।
ट्राई के अनुसार मई अंत तक 39 करोड़ 27 लाख से अधिक ग्राहक और 34.33 प्रतिशत मार्किट शेयर के साथ जियो सबसे आगे बना हुआ है। एयरटेल के पास 31 करोड़ 78 लाख से अधिक उपभोक्ता और वोडा-आइडिया के पास 30 करोड़ 99 लाख से ज्यादा ग्राहक हैं। एयरटेल का बाजार हिस्सा 27.78 प्रतिशत और वोडा-आइडिया का 27.09 प्रतिशत मार्किट शेयर है। सरकारी कंपनियां बीएसएनएल और एमटीएनएल 10.79 फीसदी बाजार पर काबिज हैं।
श्री मुकेश अंबानी ने रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज की 43 वीं आम बैठक में अगले तीन वर्षों में जियो के ग्राहक पचास करोड़ करने का लक्ष्य रखा है। उनकी नजर 35 करोड 2जी ग्राहक में से अधिक से अधिक अपने साथ जोड़ने की है। इसके लिए कंपनी 4जी और 5जी नेटवर्क पर चलने वाले किफायती स्मार्टफोन लाएगी। इस रणनीति पर आगे बढ़ने के लिए जियो ने तैयारी भी शुरू कर दी है। गूगल, इंटेल और क्वालकॉम जैसे बड़े निवेशकों ने जियो प्लेटफॉर्म्स में इंवेस्टमेंट किया है। गूगल के साथ कंपनी नए ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम पर काम कर रही है। जबकि इंटेल और क्वालकॉम मोबाइल के लिए सेमीकंडक्टर यानी चिप तैयार कर सकते हैं।

कैट ने 10 जून से शुरू किये गए चीनी सामान के बहिष्कार के तहत इस वर्ष राखी के पर्व को हिंदुस्तानी राखी के रूप में मनाने का आव्हान किया था जो पूर्ण रूप से सफल रहा।

मुकेश अंबानी की जियोमार्ट की लॉन्च के बाद लोकप्रियता दिनोंदिन बढ़ती जा रही है और इसका प्रमाण चंद सप्ताहों के भीतर ही इस पर एक दिन में चार लाख से अधिक ऑर्डर बुक होना है।
फेसबुक के सीईओ मार्क जुकरबर्ग ने गुरुवार को अपने शेयरधारकों से जियो प्लेटफॉर्म्स में निवेश का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि जियो और व्हाट्सएप की भागीदारी, भारत में हजारों किराना दुकानों और छोटे व्यवसायों को कारोबार करने में मदद करेगी और अगर यह मॉडल कारगर रहा तो हम इसे दुनिया भर में आजमायेंगे।
फेसबुक ने जियो प्लेटफॉर्म्स में 22 अप्रैल को 9.9 प्रतिशत इक्विटी के लिये 43574 करोड़ रुपये का निवेश किया है।
जियोमार्ट और व्हाट्सऐप का आपस में तालमेल किया जा रहा है। इसके बाद 40 करोड़ व्हाट्सएप के ग्राहकों से जियोमार्ट को और मजबूती मिलने की उम्मीद है। ग्राहक नजदीक की किराना दुकान पर जियोमार्ट और व्हाट्सऐप का इस्तेमाल कर भुगतान कर सकेंगे। जियोमार्ट की रणनीति है कि बिचौलियों को कम करके किसानों से ग्राहकों के घर तक सीधे सामान की आपूर्ति की जाये।
जियोमार्ट का दावा है कि ऑर्डर की यह संख्या ऑनलाइन किराना कारोबार वर्ग में एक रिकॉर्ड है।
इसी सप्ताह रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज की पहली तिमाही के नतीजों की घोषणा में कहा गया कि ऑर्डरों की संख्या में इजाफे का अंदाजा इसी बात से लगाया जा सकता है कि 15 जुलाई को रिलायंस की वार्षिक आम बैठक (एजीएम) को संबोधित करते हुए श्री अंबानी ने जियोमार्ट पर ऑर्डर की संख्या 2.5 लाख बताई थी। सोडेक्सो कूपन के माध्यम से भी ऑर्डर लिए जा रहे हैं, जिसका फायदा भी कंपनी को मिल रहा है। वहीं किराना कारोबार के पुराने दिग्गज ग्रोफर्स और बिग बास्केट ऑर्डर की संख्या के मामले में जियोमार्ट से मुकाबले में कहीं पीछे हैं।
श्री अंबानी ने देश के 12 करोड़ किसानों और तीन करोड़ किराना दुकान मलिकों तक पहुंचने का लक्ष्य रखा है। किराना स्टोर्स की ऑनबोर्डिंग के साथ ही जियोमार्ट ने इसका श्रीगणेश कर दिया है।
इसी वर्ष मई के आखिरी सप्ताह में जियोमार्ट ने 200 शहरों से अपनी शुरूआत की थी। नब्बे शहरों में पहली बार ग्राहक किराना की ऑनलाइन खरीदारी के साथ जुड़े थे। प्रतिस्पर्धा में अपनी पैठ को बनाने के लिए जियोमार्ट पर उपलब्ध अधिकतर चीजों के दाम ऐसे ही दूसरे प्लेटफॉर्म्स से पांच प्रतिशत सस्ते रखे गए हैं। ब्रांडेड सामान की कीमतें भी कुछ कम रखी गई हैं।
श्री अंबानी ने एजीएम जियोमार्ट की महत्वाकांक्षी विस्तार योजना पर कहा “जियोमार्ट अब अपनी पहुंच और वितरण क्षमताओं को बढ़ाने पर जोर देगा। उपभोक्ताओं को बेहतर सुविधाएं और खरीदारी का अनुभव देने के लिए जियोमार्ट प्रतिबद्ध है। किराना के अलावा हम आने वाले दिनों में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स, फैशन, फार्मास्युटिकल और हेल्थकेयर के क्षेत्रों को भी कवर करेंगे। आने वाले वर्षों में, हम कई और शहरों में कहीं अधिक ग्राहकों की सेवा करेंगे।”
बीजिंग 18 अक्टूबर (स्पूतनिक) अमेरिका के साथ बढ़ते व्यापार तनाव के बीच चीन के सकल घरेलू उत्पाद (जीडीपी) में इस वर्ष की तीन तिमाहियों के दौरान पिछले 27 वर्षाें मेें सबसे धीमी वृद्धि रही। वर्ष 2019 के तीन तिमाहियों में चीन के जीडीपी में 6.2 प्रतिशत की दर से वृद्धि हुई है।
राष्ट्रीय सांख्यिकी ब्यूरो ने अमेरिका के साथ चीन के बढ़ते व्यापारिक विवाद के बीच जारी एक रिपोर्ट में कहा कि देश के आर्थिक विकास में कमी आई है और तीसरी तिमाही में जीडीपी में 6.0 प्रतिशत की दर से बढ़ोत्तरी हुई है।
सांख्यिकी ब्यूरो ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में कहा,“प्रारंभिक गणना के अनुसार चीन की सकल घरेलू उत्पाद में पहली तीन तिमाहियों में सालाना आधार पर 69.779 ट्रिलियन युआन (करीब 9.8 ट्रिलियन डॉलर) की वृद्धि हुई यानि साल दर साल 6.2 प्रतिशत की वृद्ध है।”
रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि तीसरी तिमाही में 6 प्रतिशत की आर्थिक वृद्धि हुई है, जो विश्लेषकों के पूर्वानुमान से कम है। विश्लेषकों ने इस दौरान जीडीपी में 6.1 प्रतिशत तक की वृद्धि की उम्मीद जतायी थी।
गौरतलब है कि चीन ने 2019 में जीडीपी में वृद्धि का लक्ष्य 6 से 6.5 प्रतिशत रखा है।

इंदौर के इस आयोजन में देश के जाने-माने उद्योगपति मुकेश अंबानी ने आज कहा कि देश में ‘बिजनेस’ के लिए मध्यप्रदेश सबसे उपयुक्त स्थान है।

मैग्नीफिसेन्ट एमपी कोई मेला नही, रोजगार सृजन का मंच है – कमलनाथ
इससे पहले मध्यप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री कमलनाथ ने “मैग्नीफिसेन्ट एमपी 2019” का शुभारंभ करने के बाद कहा कि मैग्नीफिसेन्ट एमपी कोई मेला नहीं है। यह आयोजन प्रदेश के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार सृजित करने का एक मंच है।
श्री कमलनाथ प्रदेश की आर्थिक राजधानी इंदौर में आयोजित इस निवेश सम्मेलन में पहुंचे देश के जाने-माने उद्योगपतियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आप सभी का देश के सबसे स्वच्छ शहर में स्वागत है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मैग्निफिसेंट एमपी कोई मेला नहीं है, ना सिर्फ समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) हस्ताक्षर करने के लिए रखा गया एक कार्यक्रम। उन्होंने कहा आयोजन प्रदेश के औद्योगिक विकास के लिये एक निर्णायक मंच के रूप में उभरे यही इसका मुख्य उद्देश्य है।
श्री कमलनाथ ने कार्यक्रम में राज्य सरकार की उपलब्धियां साझा करते हुये कहा कि हमारी सरकार ने बीते 10 महीने में इंदौर और भोपाल में मेट्रो रेल प्रोजेक्ट का आरंभ (भूमिपूजन) किया। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश की 70 प्रतिशत आबादी कृषि पर निर्भर है। सरकार में आने के साथ ही 20 लाख किसानों का कर्ज माफ किया गया है।
उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश की जनता को पर्याप्त पानी मिल सके इसलिए प्रदेश सरकार ने ‘राइट टू वॉटर’ शुरू किया। उन्होंने कहा हमने यहां बहुत कुछ देखा और सीखा है। हमने कई असंभव कार्यो को संभव किया है।
उन्होंने कहा कि मध्यप्रदेश देश की टाइगर कैपिटल है। इसे उद्योगों का हब बनाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि इंडिया इन्क्रेडिबल है, लेकिन मध्यप्रदेश क्रेडिबल है।
उन्होंने उद्योगपतियों ने कहा कि हमने प्रदेश में निवेश का बेहतर माहौल तैयार किया है। मध्यप्रदेश में र्स्टाटअप नीति अन्य राज्यों के मुकाबले आसान है। उन्होंने निवेशकों से अपील की कि आप मध्यप्रदेश के शहरों ही नहीं गांवों और कस्बों में भी पहुंचे तथा वहां निवेश करें।
मुंबई, 17 अक्टूबर ।देश में अमीरों (एचएनआई) की संपत्ति की वृद्धि दर 2018 में घटकर 9.62 प्रतिशत रह गई है, जो एक साल पहले 13.45 प्रतिशत थी। हालांकि, इन अमीरों या अरबपतियों की संख्या में इस दौरान कमी आई है। एक रिपोर्ट में यह तथ्य सामने आया है।
कार्वी वेल्थ मैनेजमेंट की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार 2018 में बड़े अमीरों की संख्या घटकर 2.56 लाख रह गई है, जो 2017 में 2.63 लाख थी। ऐसे लोग जिनके पास 10 लाख डॉलर से अधिक का निवेश योग्य अधिशेष है बड़े अमीरों की श्रेणी में आते हैं।
रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि इन अमीरों के पास 2018 में कुल 430 लाख करोड़ रुपये की संपत्तियां थीं। 2017 में इनके पास 392 लाख करोड़ रुपये की संपत्तियां थीं।
यह रिपोर्ट ऐसे समय आई है अमीर और गरीब के बीच बढ़ती खाई को लेकर सवाल उठ रहे हैं। अमीर अधिक अमीर हो रहे हैं जबकि गरीब अधिक तेजी से और गरीब हो रहे हैं।
रिपोर्ट में कहा गया है कि अमीरों के पास मौजूद संपत्तियां में से 262 लाख करोड़ रुपये की वित्तीय संपत्तियां हैं जबकि शेष अचल संपत्तियां हैं। कुल मिलाकर इसका अनुपात 60:40 पर कायम है। वित्तीय संपत्तियों में सबसे अधिक 52 लाख करोड़ रुपये सीधे इक्विटी निवेश के रूप में हैं। इस वर्ग में वृद्धि 2017 के 30.32 प्रतिशत के मुकाबले 2018 में घटकर 6.39 प्रतिशत पर आ गई है।
दूसरी तरफ मियादी जमा या बांड में इन अमीरों का निवेश बढ़ा है और यह 45 लाख करोड़ रुपये पर पहुंच गया है। इनमें वृद्धि 8.85 प्रतिशत की रही जो पिछले साल 4.86 प्रतिशत थी।
वित्तीय संपत्तियों में बीमा में निवेश 36 लाख करोड़ रुपये रहा जबकि बैंक जमा 34 लाख करोड़ रुपये है।
देश के अमीरों के पास सोने में निवेश 80 लाख करोड़ रुपये का है। रीयल एस्टेट क्षेत्र में उनका निवेश 74 लाख करोड़ रुपये है। एक साल पहले संपत्ति में निवेश 10.35 प्रतिशत था वहीं 2018 में यह कम होकर 7.13 प्रतिशत रह गया।
मुंबई, चार अक्टूबर । रिजर्व बैंक ने सूक्ष्म वित्त संस्थानों के लिये कर्ज देने की सीमा को पहले के एक लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर शुक्रवार को 1.25 लाख रुपये कर दिया। यह कदम ग्रामीण और कस्बाई क्षेत्रों में कर्ज की उपलब्धता बेहतर बनाने के लिये उठाया गया है।
रिजर्व बैंक ने गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों (एनबीएफसी) या सूक्ष्म वित्त संस्थानों (एमएफआई) से कर्ज लेने वाले कर्जदारों के लिये घरेलू आय की पात्र सीमा को ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लिये पहले के एक लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर 1.60 लाख रुपये और शहरी एवं कस्बाई क्षेत्रों के लिये 1.25 लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर दो लाख रुपये कर दिया।
रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा कि इस बारे में जल्दी ही विस्तृत दिशानिर्देश जारी किये जाएंगे।
सूक्षम वित्त इकाइयों के मंच एमएफआईएन के अध्यक्ष मनोज नाम्बियार ने इस निर्णय का स्वागत करते हुए एक बयान में कहा कि ‘‘ यह अच्छा फैसला है परिवारों की आय में 2015 से हुए बदलाव को परिलक्षित करता है और इससे सूक्ष्म वित्त संस्थाओं के ग्राहक पहले से ज्यादा कर्ज ले सकेंगे।’’ उन्होंने कहा कि सूक्ष्म रिण संस्थाएं पांच करोड़ से अधिक लोगों की मदद कर वित्तीय समावेश को बढ़ाने में योगदान कर रही हैं।
उल्लेखनीय है कि रिजर्व बैंक ने 2010 में आंध्र प्रदेश के सूक्ष्म वित्त संकट के मद्देनजर वाई.एच.मालेगम की अध्यक्षता में एक उप-समिति का गठन किया था। उप-समिति को सूक्ष्म वित्त क्षेत्र के मुद्दों तथा चुनौतियों का अध्ययन करने की जिम्मेदारी दी गयी थी।
उप-समिति के सुझावों के आधार पर ही एनबीएफसी-एमएफआई की अलग श्रेणी गठित की गयी थी तथा दिसंबर 2011 में विस्तृत नियामकीय रूपरेखा जारी की गयी थी।
रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा कि वह भारतीय रुपये में विदेशी लेन-देन विशेषकर बाह्य वाणिज्यिक कर्ज, व्यापार ऋण तथा निर्यात एवं आयात को प्रोत्साहित करने के कदम उठा रहा है।
विदेशों में रुपये के बाजार के संबंध में रिजर्व बैंक ने उषा थोरट समिति की रिपोर्ट के सुझावों का अध्ययन किया और उनमें से कुछ सुझावों को स्वीकार कर लिया। इनमें घरेलू बैंकों को किसी भी समय अनिवासी भारतीयों को भारतीय खाते से बाहर घरेलू बिक्री टीम या विदेशी शाखाओं के जरिये विदेशी विनिमय की पेशकश करना शामिल है।
रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा कि समिति के अन्य सुझावों पर विचार किया जा रहा है और आने वाले समय में लिये जाने वाले निर्णयों की घोषणा की जाएगी।
आर्थिक वृद्धि दर 6.1 प्रतिशत रहने का आकलन-
भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक ने चालू वित्त वर्ष 2019- 20 के लिये आर्थिक वृद्धि दर का अनुमान शुक्रवार को घटाकर 6.1 प्रतिशत कर दिया। पहले यह 6.9 प्रतिशत रखा गया था। उसने उम्मीद जतायी है कि वर्ष की दूसरी छमाही में वृद्धि में सुधार होगा।
चालू वित्त वर्ष की पहली तिमाही में आर्थिक वृद्धि दर के छह साल के निचले स्तर पांच प्रतिशत पर पहुंच जाने के बाद केंद्रीय बैंक का जीडीपी वृद्धि दर के बारे में यह ताजा अनुमान आया है। निजी क्षेत्र की खपत और निवेश में नरमी को इसकी प्रमुख वजह माना जा रहा है।
आर्थिक वृद्धि को गति देने के लिए सरकार ने कई प्रोत्साहन उपाय किए हैं। इनमें कारपोरेट कर में 10 प्रतिशत तक की भारी कटौती जैसे प्रावधान शामिल हैं। इसके अलावा सरकार ने बैंकों में पूंजी डालने की भी घोषणा की है।
चालू वित्त वर्ष की चौथी द्विमासिक मौद्रिक नीति की घोषणा शुक्रवार को की गयी। इसमें केंद्रीय बैंक ने कहा है कि सरकार के प्रोत्साहन उपायों, नीतिगत दरों में कटौती और अनुकूल बुनियादी कारकों के चलते हर तिमाही में आर्थिक वृद्धि की रफ्तार सुधरेगी।
रिजर्व बैंक ने 2020-21 में देश की आर्थिक वृद्धि दर के सात प्रतिशत पर वापस लौटने का अनुमान जताया है। हालांकि, केंद्रीय बैंक ने कहा कि निकट अवधि में अर्थव्यवस्था का सफर ‘कई जोखिमों से भरा’ है।
वृद्धि अनुमान में इस बड़ी कटौती की वजह बताते हुए रिजर्व बैंक ने कहा कि निजी क्षेत्र की खपत और निवेश उम्मीद के मुताबिक नहीं बढ़ सकी। वहीं वैश्विक व्यापार में नरमी के दबाव से निर्यात की रफ्तार खो गयी।
मौद्रिक नीति के अनुसार, ‘‘ आधारभूत आकलनों, सर्वेक्षण के संकेतकों, बुनियादी कारकों और फरवरी से रेपो दर में की जा रही कटौती को ध्यान में रखते हुए 2019-20 में जीडीपी की वास्तविक वृद्धि दर 6.1 प्रतिशत रहने का अनुमान है। जोखिमों का समान रूप से संतुलन करने के साथ यह दूसरी तिमाही में 5.3 प्रतिशत, तीसरी में 6.6 प्रतिशत और चौथी तिमाही में 7.2 प्रतिशत रह सकती है।’’
रपट में कहा गया है कि व्यापार तनाव बढ़ने, नो-डील ब्रेक्जिट समझौता नहीं होने और वैश्विक वित्तीय बाजार में अस्थिरता बढ़ने से बुनियादी विकास के रास्ते में जोखिम बना है।
हालांकि, अगस्त-सितंबर में निवेश और वृद्धि बढाने के सरकार के उपायों, प्रत्यक्ष विदेशी निवेश नीति में सुधार सरकारी बैंकों में पूंजी डालने और सरकारी बैंकों के विलय से जीडीपी वृद्धि दर की रफ्तार बढ़ाई जा सकती है।
इसके अलावा निर्यात और रीयल एस्टेट को प्रोत्साहन, कारपोरेट आयकर की दर में कमी, दबाव वाली परिसंपत्तियों के तेजी से समाधान और रेपो दर में कटौती का लाभ तेजी से नीचे तक पहुंचाने से वृद्धि बढ़ाने में मदद मिलेगी।
रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा पेशेवर आकलनकर्ताओं के बीच कराए गए छमाही सर्वेक्षण में भी जीडीपी वृद्धि दर अनुमान 6.1 प्रतिशत पर रहा। 2020-21 के लिए यह सात प्रतिशत तक पहुंचा है। यह केंद्रीय बैंक के स्वयं के अनुमान के मुताबिक है।
रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर शक्तिकांत दास ने बार-बार कहा है कि जब भी गुंजाइश होगी केंद्रीय बैंक वृद्धि संबंधी चिंताओं को दूर करने और अर्थव्यवस्था को उबारने में मदद करता रहेगा।
